Why isn't Apple getting in front of this glitch? Apple has a loyal and knowledgeable customer base, and for them to make excuses will eventually hurt business. Tell us the truth Apple, you are a better company than that!
Thanks for the info. I agree that Apple is HORRIBLE in terms of customer service for technical issues.
Thanks for raising this issue. I am having the same problem and gave tried everything. I have always founderstand Apple to be HORRIBLE for tech support.
I have no idea why this feature even exists! I do understand that there are some people with disabilities that can benefit. However, Apple should allow the rest of us to delete or PERMANENTLY DISABLE thus feature. This can be done through any of the updates they send that only make their products, like iTunes, harder to use.
This has worked for me so far -- couple of hours. Thanks a lot. Interesting that Apple system is so complex that Apple employees don't know an answer, pretending to not even see the problem.
Try Settings>General>Accessibility>Accessibility Shortcut and check if "VoiceOver" is ticked. If it is, untick it. Worked for me.
