Does Apple store ship internationally?

Hey guys,
I apologize for this being in an incorrect system, but the Apple website is really hard to navigate in!
I have been struggling to find an E-mail address to contact and there is no proper forums for General questions!
I want to buy an iPad, and I am from Israel.
We have an official Apple store here, but it doesn't have a website...
Anyway, I was wondering if I can buy a product from the US apple store and make it arrive to me.
