whats wrong? can't add my mp4 videos to ipod or itunes 6!!!

yea i downloaded the converter but somethings going on and it wont start. it says it isnt initializing(what ever that means)

i converted it on videoa and cant find where the file went

Cut and pasted from the Guide link I posted, from Step 9:
"The finished file will be located in the Output Videos to: folder specified in the Setup seciton."

Do you mean you want your Movie to show up under Videos -> Music Videos on your iPod?

If so, right-click on the video in iTunes, go to Options, and change Video type to Music Video.

no i downloaded a video and it was in movie file but it was also a mpeg1 file i changed the file to mpeg4 and it is still a movie file

What you're asking isn't very clear. A movie file is a video file. Both MPEG1 and MPEG4 are video codecs (meaning they are both movie and video files).

What exactly are you trying to do? Define what you mean by "movie file" and what you mean by "video file"

ok i downloaded the videora iPod converter and i tried to convert some videos wich were a "Windows Media Audio/Video file" but when i converted them i got "AviSynth Script" and i cannot put thins on ipod. am i doing anything wrong?
