Delete movies from VLC on ipad

How do I remove my movies from the VLC app on my iPad?

To Benny2008 - no! This erases only files which are visible in VLC. However there is small trick for iTunes, see: iOS: About File Sharing ht4094.

Problem for VLC (currently today version) is, you can't add directories. It could consume only files. Directories and files there are simply invisible!

So you can't use your recommended steps.

Open VLC on your iPad then click edit top right corner then click the blang circle top left corner of the movie window then click the garbage can bottom right corner. Voila!

You may need to delete the video in VLC in iTunes too. So that the video doesn't sync to VLC on the iPad again.

Select the ipad in iTunes.
Select the Apps tab at top.
Scroll to the bottom to Shared items..
Select VLC and uncheck the items you do not want not want on the iPad.
