Does iPad 2 WiFi Really Have No GPS???

The tech specs page shows no GPS on the Wifi model, is this true? If so that is absolutely ridiculous, why would they leave out the GPS from the WiFi model???

tethering meaning what? Bluetooth is enabled at both devices, they seem not to find each other, but are both searching since 2 hours😠

GPS never uses your 3g data plan. GPS is a satellite based service.
