Softbank and tethering.
Will Softbank allow the 4.3 os to allow tethering. It says no on the Japan homepage, but no real reasoning to why they are not allowing it.

First of all, iOS 4.3 introduces the Hotspot feature, not tethering. These are two entirely different features. As to whether Softbank will permit enabling Hotspot or allow tethering, no one here would know, we're all users, just like you.
