Unable to launch iPhoto 11

I tried out Lion. Too many probs with my dev environment at this time so I backed out to SL.

Re-installed iLife'11

Everything works sans iPhoto. I've tried all the steps I've found in this forum and no joy. Deleting the receipt files, re-installing, etc.

Any other suggestions?
