PC Keyboard > Mac Keyboard Questions... please help

Hi,

We've running a new keyboard which is Mac and PC compatible from http://www.editorskeys.com and the CMD key is currently in the PC position, which is two keys to the left of where the mac one usually is.

I can take the key off manually and move it into the right position, however how do I get my Mac to recgonise this change? (Basically I need to change the position of the ~` key and the cmd key.)

Can anyone help please
