Multitasking Gestures not installed after iPad 4.3 update from iTunes

This is certainly not planned by Apple, and I have doubts about whether your colleague is using only the release version of iOS 4.3 and that those iPads never had any developer seed installed. But again, it's not a designed feature of the release version, so there's no way anyone here can tell you how to activate it.

I just downloaded and installed iOS 4.3 from my pc and I have gestures. I don't know why some people have and some don't. But I really like it

this is not true. two of my friends have the exact same build and updated the exact same way, but theyve got the new gestures (and the new general control panel setting).

I upgraded to 4.3 and I do not get the option either. There is so much confusion. Somebody who did not have and was able to do it without the Mac pls answer. Thanks

Multitouch gestures are not enabled as part of iOS 4.3.
For some reason, it seems to have been enabled on certain users iPads. It is not something they did to enable it.

Why is it inefficient? They never said it would be part of this release, and you can be sure that if it worked to their standards they would have included it. Is it efficient to deliberately release something that doesn't work well?

It says clearly on t site that multitasking is a part of it. If it doesn't work. Then it doesn't work for all.
