iPad + USB Camera Connection KIT + GarageBand

Hi,

I have an USB Guitar that I use very well with my Mac and GarageBand. How can I use it with the GarageBand app from my iPad. Will the USB Camera Connection work to plug my USB guitar to my iPad?

Hi, I bought a $30-35 USD guitar USB adaptor and I connected it to the iPad1 through the CCK (Camera connector Kit) using garage band. I was able to tune it, but I could never hear the guitar sound. I recorded a track and it had a low volume but as before, I wasn't able to listen to the track while playing and recording. I connected the Apple earphones and I couldn't use it right because I started listening to the ambiance noise due to the fact that the mic was also on. I couldn't turn it off.

Do you know what am I doing wrong?

I have a similar issue.

Try downloading Amplitube Free and test to see if same setup works.

I am sure it works on amplitube
