iPod Touch 4G Won't Upgrade to iOS 4.3

same thing with me y wont it upgrade to 4.3.3

i Just bought an Ipod touch 4g off ebay and it wont update.

I have ipod touch 4G 8gb also.

I'm running windows 7, with itunes -uptodate.

I can begin update process but after 2 or 3 minutes of downloading update, I KEEP getting error message, that I have no internet connection, try back later!!! This has happened like 8 times now. I'm not losing internet connection, b/c I can browse other websites during update, and even after iTunes give me ERR Msg. I have tried both browsing and NOT doing anything during the update. Same results!

If it was a firewall issue, it would not let the download begin at all, correct? I'm nearing the conclusion that the update is NOT worth the hassle. It's not that I believe the update is useless or anything, its just been TOO much trouble trying to get it!

If you know of a fix, I'd be more that happy to try it, thanks.

Well here is what I did. I went to Starbucks and logged on to the internet using their WI-FI. Then I did the update

and bingo it worked. My ISP was blocking it for some reason. When I went home everything was working fine.

Ok can you give me the antivirus software you are using. And did you update your itunes? And also if its hacked then don't even bother replying. But if not try to disable your antivirus until you download it and tell me if it works or not.
