Daylight Saving Time adjustment?

This is just a curiosity question.

This morning I noticed that my iPad running iOS 4.3 had adjusted for the start of DST. However, my iPhone which is also running iOS 4.3 did not. I'm curious as to why with both running the same iOS, the iPhone didn't adjust like the iPad did?

Active: iMac (G5, G4), PB G4, iPad, iPhone, iPod, MP2100 Retired: iMac G3, A2c, Mac OS X (10.5.8), Mac OS 10.4.11, Mac OS 9.2.2, iOS 4.2.1, Newton OS 2.1

Nope, STILL a problem as of today when daylight saving ended for me here in Australia today. Its 7pm, but my iPhone is telling me its 8pm! The oddest thing is that the World Clock application is showing the correct time, so I have a screenshot where the World clock is telling me its 7pm, with the iPhone time up in the title bar is telling me its 8pm. Oh dear!
