Software on this iPhone has expired

They have something like "iOS SDK 4.3 GM Seed Now Available", but there is no firmware links. I guess they messed up.
It would be nice to be noticed by Apple for things like this. I spent almost 4 hours looking around, trying to downgrade, upgrade, looking for different iOS beta versions online, etc... What a waste of time!

Guys, this just happened to me a few hours ago... thanks for all the updates... Can someone please post the link for the ipad iOS 4.3GM ? Both my iPhone and iPad have been expired....

Just tried to restore the iPhone using the links provided for the ipsw. I still get the 1013 error after iTunes tries to restore the iPhone (using the option click).
Also removed the phone from the provisioning. No luck.

It seems like restoring is pretty hit and miss. Fortunately mine is working. I’m not sure what everyone else should do, unless you can obtain an end-user copy of the 4.3 .ipsw file, located at User>Library>Application Support>iTunes>iPhone Firmware Updates

As far as I can tell, for an iphone4 you can download the ipsw file from one of these sites:

Thanks guys, the links worked. Now restoring. Amazing Apple would brick developer's iPhones "just like that"… no more betas for me then.

Thanks... I am downloading the iPad 4.3 IPSW now.

Just a note: you should not have to use the restore option. You can option-click on the "Upgrade" button and manually choose an upgrade firmware. This prevents unsynced changes from being lost.

Tried all the solutions included in the discussion. Nothing worked.
Just got off the phone with Apple. Asked why all these people are having the same exact problem??
All I got for an answer for SILENCE. no comment... great help Apple. Seriously??

So now they want me to go in the Apple store (1 hour away) to have their guys run a diagnostic on it.
Go figure. In case they replace my phone they won't pay for the replacing my 2 shields on my current phone...

Steve should have figure this out a bit better. Ridiculous.

I'm running Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) Beta and last night my iOS 4.3 Beta expired. I had a backup from a week ago but unfortunately lost all the three while playing around with my iTunes.
My iPhone shows the connect to iTunes screen, since the beta has expired.
Now i don't have any backup and I removed the device from the provisioning portal as well.
Whenever I try to backup my iPhone, it says a session could not be started with the iPhone.

Since I don't have any backups, I can't put my phone in DFU mode because I don't want to lose my 244 apps.
Even if I restore my phone somehow, there will be no way for me to recover my apps.

Is there a way to backup my iPhone with the expired software on it?
I have MobileMe so my contacts,mail and other stuff are backed up but I don't want to lose my apps and settings.

Before I can do a manual restore, is there a way I can backup my iPhone?
I don't have any backups and the phone has an expired version of the beta release which means it's showing me the connect to itunes screen.

Whenever I try to backup/sync my 3GS it reaches step 3 of 4 and then shows me two errors:
A session could not be started with the iPhone + Communication could not be established

I need to backup my settings and apps but it doesn't seem as if it's possible now?

@pgx, I heard you can option-click update and not lose all your data. If that doesn't work then your kind of out of luck!

I don't want to go ahead with the option-click method right because that looks like my last resort.
If there's no way I can backup my iPhone without doing it then I guess i'm screwed.
It's just going to be like starting all fresh which isn't good news at all.
