iTunes won't update my Outlook 2010 contacts after iPhone4 Sync

I am using iOS4.2.1 on my iPhone4, with the most updated iTunes software and my Outlook 2010 on my Windows 7 64-bit. Recently I discovered that no matter I add new contacts on my iPhone, or add new contacts on my Outlook 2010, both side just won't sync/updateUser uploaded file Can anyone help?

look at that. It's been three years since you asked your question. Did you get helped? I don't see any replies or help here. Contacts and syncing have always been notoriously bad... Mavericks hasn't seemed to fix it.
I find these "discussions" and "help" forums pretty useless unless some good Samaritan pipes in with help. Apple does not usually offer much help. THey let us muddle through... What a shame for such an expensive product.

Apple never replies to questions here in the forum. This is a user to user forum, that is why you see "good Samaritan replies. There are different avenues for help. You can contact Apple Care, make a Genius Bar appointment, or you can use the Contact link at the bottom of each page here, or you can ask your question on the forum, which is manned by volunteers who read and respond to questions they can answer. If you do not get a response, it generally means someone hasn't read the post, or someone is not aware of an answer.

Now, if you have a question, you would need to post it in as much detail as possible for someone to help. I can tell you that if it has to do with contacts and calendar syncing with Mavericks as you have hinted, then you will find you can no longer sync calendar and contacts via cable and iTunes. The only way to do contacts and calendar sync now with Mavericks is via iCloud.

FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT !!!!!!!!!

Problem in Outlook - I'm using Win7 and Outlook 2007...

Open Outlook 2007 and go to: Tools-Trust Center-Add ins...

Next: iTunes Outlook Addin AND Outlook Change Notifier were inactive and also Disabled. Change setting so that BOTH are ACTIVE !!!

Close Outllok and relaunch, then check setttings to make sure they have been modified correctly...

Open iTunes and make sure in Info: Sync Calendars with Outlook is checked...

FINALLY syncing properly and tested 1/2 dozen times...
