iPad 2 Shipping

Anyone have the issue I have? Still just says origin scan SINCE SATURDAY! apple doesn't know what to say but wait til 19th cause of that being the delivery date in there computer, they think it may not have scanned right and it's not showing any of the locations is this possible?

Not sure if anyone else is seeing this, but my date has just changed. It originally said it would be shipped on the 23rd and delivered on the 27th but now that's been bumped to the 26th. If bumped at all, I expected it to be longer, not a day sooner. Anyone else seeing this? I'd love to have it a day earlier. I need something to do on my last day of work (the 27th)...

Mine arrived today, six days earlier than the original projected arrival date from Apple. It came FedEx and I did not pay for expedited shipping. My only frustration was that it sat at FedEx in Anchorage for 2.5 days before delivery ... and I live in Anchorage. Knowing it was sitting in a warehouse less than five miles away was driving me crazy.

I called apple this morning and was told that my ipad 2 was IN TRANSIT but could not give http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/r-packageTracker-s-ups and it shows that it is IN TRANSIT to LOUISVILLE, KY. Hope I get it tomorrow as I am going out of town this weekend.

I hope it makes the cut off time, and gets on a plane to Washington!

If not, i'm going to be a wreck tracking it all day tomorrow!

I just got my shipping notification finally! I'm so excited! And it's shipping via FedEx. Right now the estimated delivery date is May 24. I'm just thrilled it's finally on on the way. I definitely need to print our the form and pre-sign for it so I don't miss the shipment; I missed a shipment from Apple yesterday because I wasn't around to sign for it.

Hmm, So now i'm wondering if our iPads were even on that plane...

Yikes! Mine made it to Philly overnight and is supposed to be delivered today by 10:30 am. Not getting my hopes up though!!! Fingers crossed!

@ihartnape I don't know where you live, but I live in a gated community and I wouldn't pre-sign for the ipad. I would be worried sick all day it would dissapear from my front door before I got home. Plus when you pre-sign you give away your right to claim a missing shipment. Just my opinion. FYI. I did pre-sign for my smart cover and Apple TV. You should check into having them hold it at warehouse and go pick it up if possible.

@ wurt Looks like I will be getting mine today after all. Hopefully you will too. Just checked tracking and it made it to Florida this morning and is scheduled for delivery today by 10:30 am! So glad now I kept to my plan and took today and tomorrow off work! Looks like it will be all play and no work for the next few days! 🙂 Well will know if tracking is accurate within 3 hours from now.
