iPad 2 Shipping

I thought I'd update my ipad shipment history. It was shipped from HK on June 13th and it was only yesterday that it was delivered to my house. Apparently it took it longer to reach me within the UK than the whole travel across the world! But it's here and I am super happy as I am leaving on Monday!

Well this is strange. Mine is shipping from Sacramento, CA? I know Apple has a facility there. I wonder if they just had the kind I ordered stocked there? Anyhow, now I really believe that I will receive my iPad tomorrow and I couldn't be happier.

Finally, an update from the former Chengdu crowd. Looks like my iPad is taking a tour of China. I hope I get mine before the iPad 3 is released. Happy tracking to all!

YES FINALLY IT MOVED 😀. I called apple customer service and the very kind lady told me that I should have nothing to worry about and it WILL be here by tomorrow. I knew it would be here by Friday. Finally some clarity on this subject.

hey fyraxis7 looks like our iPads are on the same shipment. What day did apple give you for a delivery date?

Apple told me it was scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, June 24. It looks like a big batch of iPads are on the same shipment, but depending on where you're located, they might take different routes to finally get to us.

I'm guessing that mine won't be delivered until Monday unless there's a UPS miracle.

Yea that was my thought process also...Live in northern New England so I don't foresee it making it from China to here in one day...oh well at least its moving 🙂

I have hope, I've had apple products get here when they're still in china the day before. Plus I called UPS and Apple and they both told me the same thing (or probably what I wanted to hear =P) that it would be hear tomorrow. I believe that it can happen, and I live in the North Jersey area 🙂.

I checked UPS tracking number and mine left Chengdu already and departed in Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong. I hope the plane will arrive to LA tomorrow!:)

Well I am disappointed - mine has not moved in two days now...

Ordered my IPad 2 Jun 18, 2011 at 08:20 PM PDT and its been shipped already, hopefully by next week I'll have it in hand.

The iPad has arrived! It was estimated to ship June 16 and arrive by the 23rd, and that's what happened!

I placed the order originally on June 8th.

Please everyone who is waiting, don't let life pass you by as you wait for it. Just enjoy the gift of having it when it gets there!
