iPad 2 Shipping

Has anyone that has had their iPad already ship seen it move from Lantau Island, HK? Nothing has changed as far as the ship date or the delivery date, it just has not moved in a day or so.

my ipad2 white 16gb was scheduled for delivery thursday, but todays i recieved an email from FEDEX that they tried to deliver it. so happy it is early but upset i have to wait till tomorrow

Ordered mine around 1:02AM Pacific Time.. still says it hasn't shipped yet.

I ordered a White 16GB 3G with AT&T. I'm curious which versions everybody else is getting, and whether or not they have received a shipment notice. Maybe there is a correlation between shipment status and iPad type?

It says mine is coming from Shenzhen, China. Mine was shipped last night, estimated delivery is Friday.

There was a theory someone had that the 3G ATT models were not shipping as fast as the others (I also have one of these on order, 12:52 PDT on Friday; not shipped) but some other users have reported their ATT models have shipped. There doesn't seem to be any logic.

Mine too...picked up in Shenzhen on 3/13...to HK on 3/14 in the a.m. and arrived Memphis evening of 3/14. Fedex shows expected delivery date of 3/17 and Apple shows 3/18.

Cover in Memphis Fedex shows delivery of 3/17, Apple shows 3/21.

Seems to be progressing very well.

I agree there seems to be no logic to the shipping. At least based on the information we are given. I ordered mine at 12:57am PST on 3/11. All the items I ordered except the iPad2 have shipped.

I got the email this morning that mine has shipped.

The red notice about the disrupted service is for Fedex service in Japan (coming into and going out of). If your package is in Alaska, it will be at your destination by the scheduled delivery date.

Due to the way FedEx handles flights a major disruption anywhere can have an effect on shipping to anywhere else, too, though it usually doesn't affect or has minimal effect on other areas.

Ordered at 12:45am on March 11th, yeah, they opened a little early.

Mine is "prepared for shipment" and has been since the 2nd day. Still saying delivery between March 18th and March 25th.

I ordered a 64 GB verizon 3g and I ordered it right when ordering started. A few days ago it said prepared for shipment and still today it hasn't shipped yet. I am freaking out checking it every few minutes for the past few days non stop. I have called apple three times and they assured me it was first suppose to ship out yesterday and then I called today and he said oh yeah it should ship out today. Still almost six o'clock today and nothing... they also assured me that the conditions overseas would not affect the shipment and I believe them because I have seen people with other models report they got the shipping tracking already. Maybe it's delayed since I have an engraving. What about you?
