Finally Flash on iPad

Well sort of.

Search for iSwifter in the app store. It basically streams a firefox browser to your iPad. Finally I can load Flash video and games without having to switch on my PC.

It has its issue and not an everyday browser BUT gets round those sites that require flash.

At the moment all profits from the upgrade (it browses for free for a few minutes before reseting) which allows unlimited browsing is going to help those struggling in Japan.

There is pretty much nothing in this thread that wasn't said several weeks ago. Including saying all this had been said several weeks ago.

But didn't someone already say that? 🙂

And by the way, just in case everybody hasn't heard it yet - NEWS FLASH User uploaded file <pun intended>

*Flash isn't support by iOS devices.*

Just in case you didn't know <sarcasm intended>

I did, of course. It's my contribution to the droning.

We all need our purpose in life (or the online equivalent). Mine is to ridicule and disrupt as many Flash threads as possible. Yeah, I know, that makes me a curmudgeon at the least, and probably an *******. So be it 🙂

iOS doesn't directly support Flash yet I'm now accessing the content on my iPad.

I was hoping this wasn't going to descend into a 'I want flash'/'Flash doesn't press my buttons' debate.

I was mearly pointing out that there is now a way to access a Flash based site on an iPad for those who wish to do so. Not the best solution I admit but gives users the ability to if nowhere near a PC/Mac.
