I cannot login to itunesconnect now as well. The main page comes up, but waits forever after keying in user name and password. Logging in to other parts of apple using the same id don't seem to be a problem.
Anyone ever discover the core problem here? Looks like ITC is having this issue again - entire ITC site SUPER slow/sluggish and sometimes logs me out. Other apple sites/domains seems fine though. Strange!

Maybe they're preparing to roll out the payments.... I noticed this kind of behaviour when the payments reports are coming.
Same issue here from France... This thread can be used as a real-time iTC status monitor... Whatever reports are coming, iTC developers should feel shame for this kind of issue.

Until a few minutes ago, I had the same error.
But now, from here, Romania, the iTunes Connect Portal is accessible.
Also, the reports for May 12th are shown.
Disregard what I've said, that is accessible... Not anymore 🙂!
