iTunes Connect....VERY SLOW!!!

Is anyone else having problems even logging in and navigating through iTunes Connect? Sometimes it takes a good 2-4 minutes to proceed to the next page or log in, and at times I get a Gateway Timeout.

Maybe I am talking a different language.

If you ask for help in this forum or if you just let other people know what they already know (e.g. that ITC is slow) it

WILL NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

Apple confirmed to me that

APPLE WILL NOT READ THIS FORUM to learn about issues with ITC.

If you want to get those issues to be resolved,

YOU HAVE TO FILE A SUPPORT CASE.

I already did but Apple seem to need "more pressure" or (as they said) "more cases" in order to prioritize this issue.

So guys, please help to get this issue resolved and start contacting Apple.

Thanks.

May not be 100% related, but I was trying to see localizations of my app descriptions just now. All of them Japanese, Russian etc was showing only English version. If I do edit, it shows correct (localized) version. But no way I want to do save in such state. So I just created a backup to a notepad of my well-paid localizations and goind to find apple support email somewhere in this thread and ping them.... I checked request in browser and it is not my problem, browser asks apple for japanese etc...

I'm from Czech republic, for a context.

[Update] Notified them of a problem via itc support.

Hi all,

Just a quick hint.

Been struggling with the process today.

I had to re-post 5 or 6 times the same forms, which can lead to stupid mistakes when not triple chekcing some important fields.

I've been using Safari, hoping a nice integration with the whole process.

Then I switched to Chrome, it worked like a breeze at first attempt.

Not sure if it will be good for your as well, but defenitely worth the try....

Cheers!

Hi,

I also had super slow iTunes and Safari (about 5 minutes to start). This worked for me: after struggling for hours i started to analyze the Windows system log. Seemed there was a problem with two removable drives from my SD card bay. Then when I tried to connect to the VDS (Virtual Disk Service) trough Disk management it hang (stating "Connecting to VDS"). Also the drives were giving problems in the device manager (exclamation signs).

After shutting down, disconnecting the internal usb connector of the SD card bay, booting again everything worked like a charm again! Another reboot and connecting the bay solved the issues for good. To be sure I changed the standard drive letters too.

So best thing to do is check whether you have exclamations at your device manager. Apple (both iTunes and Safari were having problems) apparently depends heavily on having correct drives.

Cheers back at ya!
