I am British, but I live in Germany. I don’t speak German and I don’t like German music. iTunes always connects to the German iTunes and gives everything in German text if you say that you live in Germany, this would seem sensible? But it's infuriating!! I want to connect to the UK iTunes and have the text in English, but I can’t because there is no option to change the language, independently from the country of residence. I have tried just changing the country of residence to the UK, but then iTunes says that my billing address is not a valid UK address, which of course it isn’t, because it is a German billing address. My current solution is to use my old UK account as the billing address, but it is empty so I can’t buy any music. When I want to buy music I have to change it all over to my German address and language, then search for the music again, purchase it and then change everything back to the UK settings.
Please could you just change the billing address page so that it doesn’t automatically take the country of residence as the billing address country as well. This would solve all my problems, and the problems of other international types like myself.
Thanks
