Light leak problem

When I am using an application with a dark background, I see a yellow light comming in from the edges of the screen, especially the corners. I bought mine the first day so I would think that any glue would have evaporated by now. Any ideas?

I have backlight bleed on my brand new iPad 2 32GB WiFi. Unacceptable.

I have the same problem with my 16GB Wifi black model. Hopefully it will go away in a few days, if not I'll go to a reseller to solve this.

Got a new replacement today. This has exactly the same problem 😟

Will be calling apple tomorrow as I cant travel another 80 miles just to get the same problem again.

My iPad vs my iPad 2, both set to 50% brightness. My original iPad has no light leakage at all, but my iPad 2 has significant leakage along the bottom and top corner.

Warranty via advance replacment.

Fedex direct from China facility

Brand new in sealed Apple retail Box.

Working with Customer Care Rep now to get it replaced (again)

This is with standard warranty, right?

Did you get the replacement unit sent to you first?

Then you have to return the bad unit (I assume they gave you a prepaid box)?

Yes that is correct! They paid shipping both ways. I have a good one now and am quite pleased.
