Pipe Organ sounds

It has Pipe Organ sounds, yes, but I cannot really tell if they're decent, as I was raised without religion and consequently hardly ever visited a church.
I don't think any Pipe Organ sounds are decent. But that is just a personal preference.
Actually, honestly, these are very nice sounds, especially since they are dry, so you can choose "your own church" (Space Designer reverb) to play the Pipe Organ in.

If not, are there any plugins that I could get (for free/for pay) that I could use with Logic Studio, to get very flexible and beautiful sounding organ instruments? What do I search for? Any recommendations? Is Logic the right software to use for this, or no?

The right software to play Pipe Organ? Sure. Though you can do a bit more with it. But you can sculpt your sounds endlessly, I don't think you'ld need an extra plugin right away. Organ sounds are relatively easy to create on a lot of synths...
Most dedicated Organ plugins are Tonewheel organs (like the included EVB6) though, not pipe organs.

In the Orchestral section of the included software instruments there are actually quite a few Pipe Organs to chose from.

Baroque Organ
Bass Organ
Cathedral Organ
Deep Organ
Flute Organ
Fugue Organ
Mellow Organ
Noble Organ
Romantic Organ
Toccata Organ
Wedding Organ

You can just choose one of these and all the presets are loaded into the channel strip and you can start playing; no further set-up is required.

I've not heard this one, but these guys (Sampletekk) generally release high quality products, and the price of this library won't break the bank
