Export an iMovie to WEBM format?

Does anyone know if iMovie can export an iMovie to the webm format? That's the format now for Google.
Or does anyone know of a free converter for m4v files to webm?

This is free on the Mac App store. Don't know about converting directly from iMovie.

Thanks a bunch! Just what I was looking for! I was also hoping to find a converter to OGG. This software does it all!

I am using this video converter app downloaded from apple downloads. It is described to work with webm decoding and webm encoding.

Glad to be able to help.
As an amateur videographer, I do have to wonder if all these video codecs are harmful or helpful. Is there really much difference from one to another, and if a standards body could come to some agreement and have everyone be able to use one video format, wouldn't we be better off?
Probably sacrilege to even suggest such a thing...
