Anyway to turn off iphone alarm from far away?

Iphone alarms go off until someone turns it off right? If so, is there anyway to turn it off without being near it like via mobileme? Would say sending a message to my phone via mobileme (find my iphone) or calling the phone while the alarm is going off turn the alarm off? (someone testing these out for me is much appreciated).
