Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect.

Hi,
dear all.
Who can help me for the error like subject?

when i want publish a app on ipad,i see the error message on the page.

Use only Safari and clear Safari caches, then try again.

Thanks for your message.I try to use safari visit "https://itunesconnect.apple.com/".But the error message is same.

Did you know other reason for this?

my app id is rocky820618,i clear the cach.And my account had been actived.

i can use this account login itunes.

I think there may be some delay before your account information is shared across all of the related systems and servers...you may have to wait a bit longer.
