Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect.

I am trying to install Itunes Producer 2.6 and its going to itunes connect, where its not recognizing my apple id and giving the same error - Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect. How do I resolve?

I am also facing the same problem for getting an access to the developer account. Actually, I created the account almost 20-25 days back but doensn't receive any confirmation yet from Apple.

Am I missing somewhere while going through this procedure or its a delay from Apple team to get it reviewd?
