Installing Classic on Tiger

I'm trying to install the Classic environment v9.1 I downloaded form Apple's site, but i'm getting this error:

I have never installed this before, so this is all new to me. So how do I go about doing so? Thanks

I gave that 9.2.1 disc a shot last night and I was getting errors that the system folder on the disc was not writable, so I thought that what if i made a read/write CD conversion into a DMG. So I gave that a shot, and I get this error:

I also received that error if I tried to copy the system folder from the disc onto the G5. In terms of sheepsaver, I was never able to get that to properly work. I couldn't really find any good guides on how to set it up, most just didn't have enough information to them.

What you need to do is identify the exact model G5 you have*:

http://www.macmaps.com/macosxnative.html#IDENTIFY

Then find someone who no longer needs the discs that came with that model*:

In the future always get the original discs when buying a Mac. They include a hardware test, and often software that you can't get installed otherwise. They are also the minimum Mac operating system a Mac can run.
