Ipad Updated to 4.3.2 & now will not open Apps

I faced the same issue after upgrading to 4.3.2.

I tried restarting the phone but it did not work.

All I did was :"I delete any one app For E.g. Facebook and Re-installed it from App Store. And then I could access all my apps."

Thank You Thank You Thank You!!! Yours was the only fix that worked - I unistalled the last app. I down loaded - not sure that mattered.

1) Unistalled

2) Shut down

3) Restart

4) re-installed same app. I deleted and all apps worked again.
