Repair corrupted .m4a file - Is there any way????

I was recording a file on mine iPhone with Recorder. But somehow the recording was stopped and file not saved succesfully.

I managet to copy it to mine PC. But there is no any program that can open it or repair.

As I was looking through corrupted file and comparing it to second file that is just fine - I have found that corrupted one have not the same ending than of good one.

Probably the recording was just stopped unnormally and it was not recorded fully.

Please advise is there any way to ressurect my file?

The situation is - that I cannot access any part of mine audio.

And still have no answer or suggestion who or what program can help me.

I have found an issue that is similar to mine:

It's most unlikely you can repair a corrupted file, though it's possible that it's simply incomplete - obviously anything after it crashed won't have been recorded and can't be retrieved.

You could try opening it in Audacity (free) and see whether you get anything; if not then probably no other program will open it either.

It sounds from your description as if the recorder crashed part-way through recording. This would be quite likely to corrupt the file, but even if you were able to access it the missing section can never be retrieved as it wasn't recorded in the first place.

Thanks... its very sad news...

Audacity and 5 other programs - was not able to open anyting 😟

Maybe anyone knows somebody who can repair it or hack... I need this audio!!!
