Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I have itunes loaded...but can't pull it up. HELP!!!!

I can't get itunes to pull up on my computer. From what I can tell it downloaded fine...but when I click on the icon it pulls up this: "itunes has encountered a problem and needs to close".

What can I do to fix this?????????

I've had a brand new ipod for 24 hours and it still has zero songs on it.......Help!!!!!!

i am having the same problem.. its been a christmas from **** becuase i have been waiting for this ipod forever and cant even use it.. someone please please help us I have WINDOWS XP Home... HP Computer.. it has nothing to do with the virus scan or a firewall i was already on the phone with apple and this is where they re-directed me after i tried what they told me... im desperate..

Good grief, if you think Apple or even Microsoft is going to test every version of Windows out there, no software or products would ever get released.

Most of these problems are Windows, I bet you got pre-loaded software on the PC with either Norton or McAfee which is just crud software and blocks iTunes.

And no doubt you click on all sorts of pop-ups without understanding what they mean to your PC security.


Grrr....this is where the problems come, there are millions of happy iTunes & iPod users.
