Adding audio to an FLC file? Can it be done?

I work with SNAP PRO X to create MAC tutorials of FCP and other software. Great program but the quicktime files
it creates are huge!

I've determined that you can compress them to FLC files
and pretty much keep the resolution high, but I can't
seem to attach an audio file (i.e. voice-over) to the FLC.

Can this be done?

Any input would be appreciated.

its a 'flic' and was created by Autodesk for export from their early Animator Program (which eventually morphed into 3d Studio then Max)

FLC is not a multimedia (audio + video) format. If you are looking for small files, mpeg files offer a better way to go. sorenson Squeeze or compressor can create mpeg2 files that should play well on PCs.
