Error 1155 when loading Itunes

Think I've got a Windows Millenium package and when trying to load itunes, very early in the install it comes up with:

1155:File E:\INSTMSIA.EXE not found

any ideas?

Itunes Will not work with Windows ME
Unless you upgrade to Win 2000 Service Pack 4 or Windows XP SP2, you will not be able to use itunes. sorry
