Ipod dropped in water, Is it repairable

Is it repairable, please tell me what to do. I tripped and it fell in the sink for about 6 seconds. I quickly pulled it out. The Music works. The click wheel movement like play, pause, fastforward, rewind, menu, up, down, and left to right does not work.
