AIF music files-abbreviations (AOQJ) instead of titles?
I am archiving a list of Christmas songs I imported for CDs and played in iTunes and on iPods during Christmas. Outside of iTunes, the files have strange 4-letter abbreviations. More Info and Get Info show the song titles, however.
When dragged back into iTunes , the song title is back. I would like to prevent that unreadable file-naming and convert all the abbreviated aif files in my storage folder so I could review them next year prior to exporting back to iTunes.I have no problem dragging them back into iTunes first to do so.
Any suggestions? Thank you.
