Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
In the Apps library the Check for Updates button is no longer working. Clicking on it will either bring up no response or the top of the screen will quickly flash "Accessing iTunes Store". I know that there are updates because I am still seeing them on my iphone. This has been going on for two days now, before then I have not had any problems. Any help would be appreciated.

Weird. In my case, it just worked - downloading 21 updates (I have downloaded 18 already via the devices) and now it is working. No, I did not delete any app nor did I download that app that most of you downloaded previously. 🙂
Ryan! You got it! I did have the same app and I noticed it updated some days ago, I removed it from my iTunes library (as I am not planning new baby soon, lol) and it worked!!! My iTunes is now updating the apps!....you are a genius!!

Ryan! Lo conseguiste! Yo tenia la misma aplicacion y note que hace unos dias se habia actualizado, borre esa aplicacion de mi libreria de iTunes (ya que no planeo tener mas bebes por ahora) y funciono! Mi iTunes ista actualizando las aplicaciones ahora!....Eres un genio!!!

For me it was solved too, but I didn't remove any apps. All I did was upgrade to iTunes 10.2.2. I supposed they (also?) fixed something in there.
I pre-ordered a book and I was sent an email but I went to see if there was a check for downloads button and it wasn't there? Also there was another option for the check for purchases but I cannot find either of them? Would anyone like to inform me where it is please?

My button just disappeared. It seems they moved the Updates button to the bar that is just below the large player (where your songs show how far along they are or the equalizer). I went to the Apps in my library then the button showed up next to "List". Yeah, I looked for this for a while. Amazing how stuck I was trying to figure out where Apple put the one button I use daily! ) LOL....Hope everyone gets there stuff working again!

Who thought that it is a great idea to add another level of indirection into the 'update' process? Sack 'em! It isn't!!
It used to be a natural flow, not now, but each to their own! What a shame that it's not @asst. or me deciding on this one!! ;-)
