New Support Community Pages

Are these new support discussion pages fully operational?

I cannot navigate to more than the most recent entries. Page 1 is as far as I can go.

I cannot even find a category to insert this thread.

Ipod touch 32Gb IOS 4.3.? (latest update) .

Windows Vista, IE9.
