syncronise iphone calender with outlook 2010?

Hi!

I've got an iphone 4 and a macbook pro. Om my computer am I using office 2010 and outlook. I'm more used to these programs since I'm an pc user from start 😉 and only have got a mac a couple of months.

But my problem is that when I syncronise my phone with the computer so doesn't it sycronise with the calender in outlook. And I don't use ical, only the calender in outlook, so that's a bit of a problem for me. A problem I haven't been able to figure out how to solve.

Can anyone else help me? Please!
