How do you safely remove the sd card from the iPad 2?
There is no SD card on the iPad 2 nor the original iPad.
Are you referring to the camera connection kit that allows you to tranfer items from an SD card?
Yes I have the camera kit plugged into my iPad 2 with my SD card in it I loaded my pictures on. Now how do. I remove the device? Is it safe to just pull out the card? I can't find where it is to remove it or trash it? I just now on every other computer you must safely remove the device off the computer before remove your card.
The reason computers have the "safely remove" function is to make sure that you don't eject the card while it's in the middle of transferring files between the computer and the card. The nature of iOS is that it will only copy the pics over while you have the related app open, so as long as you don't disconnect the card while you are in that app and transferring photos you'll be fine.
Thank you that makes sense
