I know this is going to sound sarcastic, but I don't mean it so.
I'll repeat my original question:
"I'm currently stationed in Afghanistan but I'll be returning home on R&R in about a week. The ONLY means I have of communicating is via email. I would like to schedule a one on one session at the apple store at crabtree valley mall in raleigh, nc for about 10:30 or 11:00 am on friday, may 6, 2011. How can I contact apple or the apple store I'd like to schedule the session with via EMAIL ONLY?
I have NO PHONE communications that are affordably available to me with which to contact apple."
I'm using a Dyncorp International internet system and many of the resources that might otherwise work okay, including use of the store automated reservations system, will not work for me. I don't know why not and I have no idea how to find out. It's doubtful that the IT folks that manage it would change any blocking that they have in place, anyway.
So back to the essence of my original question -
How can I contact apple or the apple store I'd like to schedule the session with via EMAIL ONLY?
Please read my question carefully before attempting to answer. If you can't answer just that question, I'm afraid you really can't help me.
