Are you using your Behringer audio interface for audio out? In other words, are your speakers hooked up directly to your computer, or are they hooked up to your audio interface?

If they are directly hooked up to your computer, then you need to set Preferences --> Audio/MIDI Output to Built-in Output.

If they are hooked up to your interface, then set Output to the name of your interface device.
