Try resellers such as eBay but make sure the seller has a good rep.
DO you mean 3rd generation ipod?
Or 3G cellular service? If you mean this, then no.
Verizon sells 3G cellular connection devices.
One is called the FiveSpot
Allows up to 5 wireless devices to connect at the same time.
They also have 4G wireless Mi-Fi devices which is backwards compatible for 3G devices.
Both devices work use a cell tower connection just like an iPhone and then allows you to connect up to 5 wireless devices.
Seems to work well for several of my friends that have the FiveSpot...
I would guess that any of the new Mobile Hotspots such as http://products.verizonwireless.com/index.aspx?id=fnd_mobile_hotspot would work for internet access and therefore VOIP. Google "mobile hotspots" for more info to see if that is what you want.
No. but you can sell it to get the 4th generation
there are 3rd party connections u can buy that plug in the bottom of the ipod with allows u to put sim cards in to but there not aproved by apple and could void the warranty of the ipod if it damages it
You can get 3g or 4g hotspots that convert the internet connection to wifi for your iPod. Other than that no. You would also have to have a plan for the coverage.
