How do i transfer files to a flash drive from my iBook

Can anyone tell me how to transfer all of my files from my ibook to flash drive?

iBook, Mac OS X (10.3.x), TRYING TO UPGRADE TO A 10.4.11 TIGE

Drag and drop. Or create a new folder on your desktop, choose what you want to transfer and then drop the whole folder in... are you trying to back up all of your files?

I'am selling my ibook, but before i do, i want to save all of documents,files and photos to my new flash drive, i'am kind of new to apple computers. thanks, arthur

Is your flash drive large enough to accommodate all your files?

(No flash drive would be big enough for my stuff.)

An external FireWire drive would be a better solution, probably.
