My itunes said i purchased some poker game that i have no idea about and i was charged 20$ is there anything i can do?

I have no idea how this came to be as i was in florida in a hotel where i had no internet access to download said item. Says that i downloaded Kamagames Texas Poker v3.0 and bought 20 dollars of ingame poker chips? I don't know what to do this makes no sense at all. I scanned my computer for viruses and there was no results for that.(I used 2 different types to be sure) Is there a way i can get this money back?

The exact same thing happened to me and, from what I can see on this and other boards, a LOT of other people. It always seems to be people with iTunes cards and in my case it happened less than 24hrs after I put the card on my account - the first time I had ever done so. This makes me think this is something more than just someone trying to guess passwords.

Anyway, I contacted Apple Support through the "Report a problem" link and I was credited back my money as a one time exception to their rules. My account was then disabled and I had to provide some additional information in order to have it reactivated. I have now spent the money onthe card and will not be adding any more until this obvious security flaw has been addressed by Apple. Predicactbly they haven't responded to any questions I have asked about how widespread this issue is.

That just happened to me yesterday. I bought a $25 itunes card from best buy entered it in, bought 2 games, Buck and Need For Speed Hot Pursuit. At first it said need for speed charged over $0.99 and was charging $19.99. Then I updated my recent purcheses page again and then it said it was the Texas Poker by Kamagames. They need to be shut down. Still awaiting my refund as well, no apple responces.

I'm confused about why the response from Apple for this issue isn't the same across the board. Some people seem to get their money back and their emails answered in a timely fashion, others never get their emails answered at all and others get responses which result in their accounts being terminated, their purchased files lost forever and no refunds for the thefts ever being made.
