My itunes said i purchased some poker game that i have no idea about and i was charged 20$ is there anything i can do?

I have no idea how this came to be as i was in florida in a hotel where i had no internet access to download said item. Says that i downloaded Kamagames Texas Poker v3.0 and bought 20 dollars of ingame poker chips? I don't know what to do this makes no sense at all. I scanned my computer for viruses and there was no results for that.(I used 2 different types to be sure) Is there a way i can get this money back?

Happend to me aswell 😟... £23.99 for 2M chips that i didnt want, agree to buy or use. Have sent an email to apple to try and get a refund and will update later.

Grr just logged onto my itunes to find the account emptied by this poker game. It says i purchased the app (which i didnt) and bought chips. Ive emailed apple and hope they will refund me.

Im now really worried about buying anything from itunes. Is this problem only with giftcards or can it use my credit card too?

And how can i find a get rid of this app i supposedly purchased?

I'm really upset by this. It was only $10, but I feel that my account has been compromised. I emailed Apple and am hoping to hear back from them. I'm relieved to see that I'm not the only who has been affected by this scam. Someone really needs to investigate this application.

OMG the same thing has happened to me!!

I had bought an itunes gift card as they were 30% off at a store the other day and they used all of it to buy poker chips!!!

They also deleted the credit card i had on file, which i am never doing again as now im scared of security, and changed my title to a "Mr" when i am female!!

Ive also emailed apple about it.

Got a very polite, friendly and helpful reply to my email. They ar going to refund me the stolen money and have locked my account until i reactivate it with them. I now have one person dealing with my issue that I can contact.

They did that to me too, i changed it back to ms, not sure about the security of my card, I will email the help back and ask.

The same thing happened to me but somehow they charged it to store credit which i don't know how that happened, i still have the same amount of money on my itunes account from my gift card and i don't have a credit card on there so i don't know how/what they paid with. it's very odd, you think they would've shut it down by now or something
