Ipad 2 says not charging when plugged into computer?

I have plugged in my Ipad 2 into several computers in which they having the most new system running with USB 2.0 ports and it still says not charging? Only way Ipad 2 will charge is by using wall charger...HELP?! I don't have Mac I have a PC but I noticed it's happening with MAC users as well?

Hey folks. Read this and put your minds at ease. The iPad is not designed to charge from the USB ports of most computers. The wall charger is the recommended way to charge the iPad. Some USB ports will allow the iPad to charge albeit very slowly. They just do not put out enough power to charge the iPad. You may see the Not Charging message but it still may be charging - but like I said - very slowly.
