my laptop isnt picking up my iphone4
my laptop isnt syncing with my laptop but is picking it up as a camera instead and going through the camera set up wizard but nothing else i need to update my phone but cant.please help..

Have you loaded iTunes to your laptop?
If you have, then try clicking 'Store' at the top of the iTunes screen - then click to 'Authorize' this computer.
That worked for mine.
