Don't need download anything. You can transfer notes from iPhone to PC by using iCloud. Apple’s iCloud provides a fast way to transfer notes from your iPhone to a Window PC. Here are detailed steps about how to transfer notes from your iPhone to computer.

1. Go to Settings > iCloud on iPhone, and then sign in the iCloud.

2. Turn “Notes” on and then iCloud will automatically upload them to the cloud service.

3. Install iCloud on your PC and enter the same Apple ID to enter it, and then you can get the notes on your computer.

Here I have quick solution to take backup iPhone Notes to Windows PC and Mac:

1) Download and Install Internet Explorer on your Mac or Windows.

2) Connect your iPhone with your Mac or Windows PC With USB Cable. Now Sync process will start as soon as you connect your iPhone with your system.

3) Choose Data Tab and Open Notes app to take backup of your notes.

4) Now your Synchronization of your notes will begins, here you will be asked whether you want to take complete backup of your iPhone. Skip this step as of now..

5) After completing sync of your Notes, you need to choose any one option of your choice that appears “Export to TXT” or “Export to PDF”.

That's all...

Clearly Carolyn Samit did not understand/read the original post since it clearly states the following:

At the following web page: Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes using USB - Apple Support

Info: Sync your contacts and calendars.

Apps: Manage your apps and file sharing.

Podcasts: Sync your podcasts.

iTunes U: Sync your iTunes U courses.

Books: Sync your books and and PDF documents.

Audiobooks: Sync your audiobooks.

Tones: Sync your ring(tones) and other alert tones.

Photos: Sync your photos. Learn how to sync photos with iTunes. Turn on syncing.

iTunes can't sync certain content, including mail accounts, notes, or bookmarks.

I see this was posted years ago but it appears the conversation is still going w/o much resolution....

  • Plug iphone into computer w/ USB.
  • itunes will open
  • Click on the iphone icon (currently in the upper left area of the tool bar)
  • Select "info" from the options on the left hand column
  • Scroll down to "other"
  • Select sync notes with and choose outlook, click apply in the bottom right

    - NOTE: if you already have notes saved to the account you are syncing with it may ask if you want to merge or replace - select MERGE.

  • Open outlook
  • Scroll down to the Notes icon in the bottom left hand corner and select the notes icon (if you have an older version of windows you can find it inthe far left yellow box of the three small icons on the bottom of the column - if you have a newer version click on the three dots in the bottom left hand corner)
  • Your iphone notes will be there
  • Click on the note, SAVE AS - RICH TEXT FORMAT and save to desktop or your chosen file. Unfortunately you cannot select multiple files and save as rich text so i suggest that you download your notes regularly. If you select multiple and try to save they will only save as "text only" files which you can only open as a note.
  • When you open the rich text file you saved it will open in a word document.

Hope this helps!

Best,

S

"How to download notes from iphone to PC"

I know this post is old but this is still a challenge. While I can view my notes on my PC, I cannot copy from Notes and paste to another program, which just seems dumb. However, it's easy enough to simply email them to myself from my Mac, iPhone, or iPad and then copy and paste from the email. There's also a plethora of other apps available to share them to and a Copy option within the app.

Howard is mistaken, iCloud does not sync notes to a PC and never has. You can, however, access your iCloud notes from your PC via iCloud.com (i.e. your web browser). You can sync notes through iTunes, although I hear that syncing notes to Outlook through iTunes is broken (I can't confirm this myself).

Maybe explain your exact situation (PC or Mac? Computer's OS and version? Are you trying to sync notes to an email account, or literally a notes document on your computer?)
