Experiencing screen flicker on 30" cinema display

We have a 30" Cinema display that worked great for 2 years and then slowly began to experience issues. First, the monitor would not turn on at start up. It seemed to only do this in the mornings after the computer had been powered down all night. The monitor was on but it was not getting signal. The only way we could get it to work would be to unplug the monitor and then plug it back in. Lately, upon startup the monitor would flicker incessantly and the brightness icon would also appear on the screen. It has also started doing this when the monitor wakes up from sleep. We have other 30" displays and have tried swapping them out to see what happens. The troubled monitor shows the same symptoms regardless of which computer it is on. We have taken it in to the apple store twice and they could find nothing wrong with it. They replaced the power adapter box but the issue persists. We have taken videos of the monitor and its issues and can be viewed below. We would appreciate any assistance with this problem.

We are using the following desktops: Mac Pro 3.2Ghz Quad Core Intel, 14GB ram, NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT card

Yep I have a 5 year old ACD 30" and it finally just died completely after showing symptoms like this for 2+ years.

You won't get a response. Apple does not care. At all.

It's a faulty power supply issue. They know about it. They will keep selling you new $70 power bricks over and over and over again but eventually, the monitor will fail. They know. They don't care.

Notice how they don't even make a 30" anymore? It was bad design from the get go.

Buy a Dell 30" next time and save yourself a headache.
