gps satelitte not founf

Have you tried the basics from the manual of reset, restart, and restore?

you have to remove this app and download another one

me too...after the new release af software...gps gas many problem to fix gps!!!I'll hpo that Apple solve the problem

re problems with non functioning or innacurate GPS on iPhone

I have had this problem with my 3GS and had tried all the software resets and fixes.

Having read another post on this forum I opened my phone ( see Ifixit.com) and pressed on connector 6 (which is labelled as such).

Even though this did not appear to be loose it has completely fixed the problem ( which had rendered Satnav etc completely useless)

I have see other reports of the problem resolving spontaneously, after banging the phone and after changing other components and I imagine that this lead tends to come loose when the phone is knocked about giving no or an intermittent connection with the GPS aerial.

This seems a more plausible cause than OS problems. Which should affect all phones equally
